In the Primary School, our pupils immersed themselves in Greek heritage through dress-up day, a theatre performance, storytelling sessions, and a beautiful mosaic display.
A sweet loukoumia sale added a delightful touch to the celebrations! I
n the Secondary School, this year’s Greek Week highlighted the timeless values inherited from Greek culture and their role in cultivating worldwide peace. Students and teachers engaged in a variety of activities, including:

- Exploring the history and values of the Olympic Games.
- Creating projects, enjoying Greek music and dance with much more!
The week concluded with a visit to Limassol, where students attended a special celebration for International Greek Language Day.
A highlight of the event was a Workshop for native Greek students, led by Mrs. Kyriaki Drakou, teacher and writer.
The celebrations also included a whole-school Assembly based on the theme “Peace – The Universal Values of Olympism”.
A huge thank you to the Greek Department and everyone who contributed to making this week possible. Your dedication and passion brought Greek culture to life in the most wonderful way!
The joy, energy and enthusiasm of our students made Greek Week 2025 truly unforgettable!
